Windows server 2012 stucked on please wait while booting

After installed windows updates, one of my server 2012 not proceeding further after booting. It will shows me the booting animation with windos logo and then it is showing me " Please Wait" and the waiting circle is still busy. It is not as such stucked on this. But it is not proceeding further. I have waited for lst 2Hrs.

Please help.

Depending on the workloads on the server, this may not be too abnormal. Exchange CU/RUs, for example, almost always take that long. Windows is pretty good about timing out failed updates and rolling back, and you definitely don't want to impatiently reboot during a rollback. I'd give it another few hours before I panicked.

Now i am taking a whole server's backup and re-format the server with fresh OS installation. Really fedup.

Cant find valid reason why this is happened. cant find appropriate solution to resolve this isue.
