PHPMyAdmin missing the "show columns to display" option on foreign key tables.  How to enable?  Thanks.

Please see attached.  The option is on the lower left hand side.
Are you saying there is nothing in the dropdown?
You haven't set any relations

The dropdown itself isn't there.  That screen shot was from a tutorial, which had the feature.
In check this is not commented out under Advanced phpMyAdmin features

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_info'] = 'pma_table_info';

Log out of phpMyAdmin and log back in.
