Are you saying there is nothing in the dropdown?
You haven't set any relations

The dropdown itself isn't there.  That screen shot was from a tutorial, which had the feature.

In config.inc.php check this is not commented out under Advanced phpMyAdmin features

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['table_info'] = 'pma_table_info';

Log out of phpMyAdmin and log back in.
