Cannot boot to disc via a MAC configured to run Windows 7

I have 7 Macs that are running Windows 7 and we cannot figure out the admin password. I can fix the password issue but I can't get the system to boot to disc. Upon booting a white a screen comes up (MAC) then it begins booting  Windows 7. I tried the C key, f2, del, f12 etc etc. I can only get into Windows 7 boot options.

Hi cnl83,

Please restart your Mac and hold  the "Option key" until you see the choice between a hard drive and CD. Once you see this click the CD option.

Hope this helps.

We have microsoft keyboards on each machine. Is there a key that is substitute for this option key?

It should be the Alt key. Here is the link from Apple about Mac to Windows key conversions:

If it doesn't boot to the disk using the option key, then it is likely you don't have a proper boot disk.

If the boot disk you have is an OEM disk that came with a Mac, it will boot only that model Mac. Also, you can't boot a Mac with a boot disk that is older than the system the Mac shipped with.

Here are instructions to create a Mavericks (OS 10.9) boot flash drive:
