Cannot boot to disc via a MAC configured to run Windows 7

I have 7 Macs that are running Windows 7 and we cannot figure out the admin password. I can fix the password issue but I can't get the system to boot to disc. Upon booting a white a screen comes up (MAC) then it begins booting  Windows 7. I tried the C key, f2, del, f12 etc etc. I can only get into Windows 7 boot options.

Hi cnl83,

Please restart your Mac and hold  the "Option key" until you see the choice between a hard drive and CD. Once you see this click the CD option.

Hope this helps.
