Group Calander via iphone, outlook 2003

Hi, Our is server - sbs2011 and exchange 2010.

I want to create an account or mailbox that can be used as a shared resource calendar that can be accessed by our iphones and ipads. We have 8 users. I know exchange had a resource mailbox facility but not sure if this is the best way to go.

We want to be able to make and edit appointments for each other, view who is where and what meetings have been arranged.

Can someone point me in the best direction.

If you want to do this via an iPhone, it will have to be a full, regular user account as the iPhone won't be able to handle anything else such a s a resource mailbox.

Then you can give out the password for the mailbox to the relevant people and they can add the mailbox to their iPhones.

Note as well you will be limited to a max 10 ActiveSync connections to that mailbox. IOS allows multiple exchange accounts to be configured.
