Hi, Our is server - sbs2011 and exchange 2010.
I want to create an account or mailbox that can be used as a shared resource calendar that can be accessed by our iphones and ipads. We have 8 users. I know exchange had a resource mailbox facility but not sure if this is the best way to go.
We want to be able to make and edit appointments for each other, view who is where and what meetings have been arranged.
Can someone point me in the best direction.
