Sorry, I may have worded it wrong - not so much interested in why they are going in junk mail folder. &nbsp;I want to white list this user / turn off junk mail filtereing for everyone since there's an outside spam filtering service (mail sent from an internal user via OWA to another user never leaves the building to go through the outside spam filtering service, right?). &nbsp;This is an exchange / in house issue? I just want this guys mail to not be filtered.
