Outlook 2010 - Archived PST files - Easy way to combine PST files

Hi Experts:
I am running Exchange Server 2010 using Outlook 2010.  I have a few users who have large archived PST files.  I searched Expert Exchange site without success...hopefully you can help me.

This is what I have:   a number of users who have various sized PST files that have been created over the years.

This is what I want to do:  Need a way to combine the PST files into ONE PST file.  Then break out the resulting larger PST file into smaller PST files by year.  Is this possible?

Any suggestions would be most helpful.  Thanks in advance for your input.

Raymond:
Thanks for the reply...I am just getting back to you now...thanks for your patience.  Question:  I have reviewed the link above and I plan on purchasing SysInfoTools PST merge.  Again, I have a number of PSTs files for each user.  I see how I can combine (merge) all the PSTs into a larger PST file for user.  However, I then want to take the "merged" PST file for user and breakout by year.   Thus creating a PST for each year.  Is this possible?  Can PST Merge do this?    Or, lastly do you have another suggestion on how to handle older PST files.  Thanks again for your response....I appreciate it.  Thanks.

The easiest way to combine them is to open the PSTs in Outlook > Create a new Outlook PST > Import Data from the opened PSTs.

The problem is because your files are so big already, you probably want to archive further and split the PST up and then combine it with others.
