I would like to export all data from a specific mailbox older than say January 2014 to a .pst file.  I can successfully export the complete mailbox using...
New-MailboxExportRequest –Mailbox –FilePath "\\servername\subflodername\user_name.pst"

But how can I specify data 'older than say 01/01/14'?

I know this is possible from within Outlook but I need to export using powershell.
