I have a old HP Pavilion laptop with 20 GB Hard disk and 640 MB RAM in it. My question is can i install any UNIX version on it? Thanks

I would say no. SCO UNIX is very old and hasn't been updated in a very long time (it's also a quirky/odd operating system). Download a fresh copy of Ubuntu (my choice) or CentOS as Shiju suggests. You'll be much happier.
