I would need to upload files automatically to a Sharepoint 2007 library.  Its hosted on a Win2003 Sp2 server.

I didnt found a stsadm command, are there other ways to upload files via a script?

Thank you Sascha

You can upload to libraries using UNC path. There's also Webdav, web services etc

You mean just a simple copy command towards the UNC path of that Sharepoint library?  That works that simple?

We Powershell a bunch of files into SharePoint via UNC path every day!

Thank you it works as simple as you told:

    copy {SOURCEPATH}\{FILE} x:\
    net use x: /delete
