Exchange 2010 will send but not receive.

Hi,

This is just one user that uses the email, this has been working ok for the last year without any issues and has just suddenly stopped receiving emails.

Email send is ok, I reply to email and it does not arrive...no error message from my end to say undelivered.

I have checked there quota and I have deleted all junk/deleted items.

Send and receive comes up with no errors, if they send a email to themselves it bounces back saying its undelivered.

Exchange is not my strong point so go easy.

what is the error you receive when he sends to himself?  - the undelivered message..

Hi, just logged into that computer and it looks like the 'end user' mistyped her email add. I have just done this for myself and it DOES send to itself....sorry about that.

Ha I wish...but no it looks like anything external they cant receive but they can send externally not a problem

The thing is with this site is its a new site to us and they don't know anything about there emails and have no details from there previous supplier, they now inform me there website people are creating a new website and are doing something with the emails last week when this stopped working. So she is going to get them to call me to discuss.
Frustrating as they never tell you full story!
