Exchange 2010 will send but not receive.

This is just one user that uses the email, this has been working ok for the last year without any issues and has just suddenly stopped receiving emails.
Email send is ok, I reply to email and it does not arrive...no error message from my end to say undelivered.
I have checked there quota and I have deleted all junk/deleted items.
Send and receive comes up with no errors, if they send a email to themselves it bounces back saying its undelivered.
Exchange is not my strong point so go easy.
