How can I turn on delivery confirmations to print after every send job on a Canon Fax 9000L?

Thank you.  Will this trigger a delivery confirmation after every fax being sent, or only as a report for many faxes?

This will trigger a confirmation after each fax.  You can print a report for transmitted faxes from the reports menu, and you can also set it to print out only on an error if the fax was not successful.
