Cumulative Update 1 For SP2 in 2012

I am trying to Apply Cumulative Update 1 for SQL Server 2012 From SP2 but for some reason it is not recognizing it. Has anyone else had this issue. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

    What's the error?

    And if you downloaded from Microsoft's website, try to download it again. Wouldn't be the first time that downloaded file comes with a not reported error.
