Menu, on hover dissapears

On this site when you hover over the Sustainable Pillars in IE and FX the hover will at times disappear when you are trying to get to something. I have tried adjusting the margins and nothing.

    Change your top setting on the sub menu to 1.90em

    That made it better in IE, but Firefox still glitchy

    1.87em seems to work fine in both
