"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

This would mean you have to setup up and auditing policy. The following link is a good way to start. But the first thing to start with (imho) is make sure that the domain admin account is not being used and that you all have your own domain admin accounts attached to your names. THis way you can easily see who did what.

Also, when doing auditing policy, keep in mind not to audit to much otherwise you want have an overview of what is happening (Specially with file access, login sessions is not that much logging).
