Seems there is issue with the Machine NIC, If its the issue then in another point it will behave the same else your connecting point has some issues.<br />

I guess its self explanatory that there is NIC or JACK issue because as soon as you unplug and plug the JACK back it start working.

I have one pc every time boot up and login into windows ,it always show network card disconnected, but after I unplug the jack from computer back and plug it back ,then it connect &nbsp;to the network right away, I have test cable , cable has no problem. the pc is using windows XP pro, Dell desktop.all other machine don't have this issue. any idea for that?
