A member of staff is getting the following error returned to her when she tries to send emails to people via her contact list.
However if she replies to an email sent from the email address which is causing the problem, the email get sent OK.
I have noticed that when she uses her contact list to send an email it adds the extra email address in < > signs. This seems to be what is causing the problem as if I manually type the address without the < > it works fine.
Why is Outlook adding this <extra email address>
