windows 2012 certificate error

I installed the windows vpn server on windows 2012 and when i try connecting remotely i get the following error after searching around i understand i have to manually import the certificate

0x800B0109: A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
after searching around i understand i have to manually import the certificate
Firstly i am unsure where i can get the certificate from
secondly how can i disable bec. my end users will not be able to do on their own

    The certificate it is complaining about is the issuer (if it is self-signed then the cert itself)
    It needs to be present in the Trusted Root store on the computer,

    You can simply use the Certificate distribution package built into windows, I am not sure if it is present inn server2012 (should be)

    Simply create a package with that certificate and distribute to users, they will trust the certificate once the package is run on their computers.
