unable to check gmail emails using firefox...

i'm trying to access my emails on using firefox and I get prompted with this.

Clear cache and cookies

If you have cookies enabled but are still having trouble, clear your browser's cache and cookies.

but the instructions are not very clear. how can I get pass this?
