I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Are all those "compliant" Clients within a Collection?

Not sure. We have about 5 collections, so they could be mixed amongst the collections. Do matter that they could be in different collections?

You can create a query rule for a collection which contains all System which are compliant with your baseline.
Afterwards you can easily export the memberc of the collection

The query would be as following:
select * from SMS_R_System inner join SMS_G_System_CI_ComplianceState on SMS_G_System_CI_ComplianceState.ResourceId = SMS_R_System.ResourceId where SMS_G_System_CI_ComplianceState.ComplianceStateName = "Compliant" and SMS_G_System_CI_ComplianceState.CI_UniqueID = "YourBaselinesScopeID"

To get the ScopeID of yourbaseline, in SCCM Console goto you "configuration baselines" and add the column "CI Unique ID" to the view. Then you can use the ID in the query

You have to create a new collection and leave the "All Systems" collection untouched
