Hide all day events in outlook 2010?

I have a user who has a calendar full of all day events.  He would like to be able to hide the all day events from view when viewing his calendar in Outlook (2010).  However, these events need to stay on calendar with the reminders they have.  He just doesn't want them to clog up the view on his calendar when in month view.  Is there a way to do this?

The problem isn't that he doesn't want other people to see his calendar appointments, but rather HE doesn't want to see HIS OWN all-day calendar appointments on HIS OWN calendar.  We cannot remove them due to the fact that they are required for certain parts of our business, and he does like the reminders that occur for the events, however he just doesn't want to see them on his calendar itself.

With my knowledge it is not possible.

That's what I thought too.  Thanks for the help.
