I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Make sure your SSRS is configured for the email Delivery:
How to: Configure a Report Server for E-mail Delivery (Reporting Services Configuration)
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms345234(v=sql.105).aspx

and check these common problems with subscription delivery:
- The SQL Server Agent job is not firing
- RS is not processing the subscription events
- SMTP is not delivering the emails
- The report or subscription is invalid
