"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Does this happen on 1 machine only?
Does this happen on tablets/laptops/smartphones?

If it happens on 1 machine only and it's a computer I would suggest a few things
1. Restart your machine
2. Run full antivirus/maleware scan
3. Disable addine and extensions

Does this happen if you try using IE or firefox?
If not
- I would say that Google has been infected by something (or your machine has) and that a reimage will be a quick resolution.

Try restarting your router if it hasn't been restarted recently.

This is often a problem if you have 2 DNS servers in your config and one of those servers is performing badly or malfunctioning.
As this is a system setting, all browsers are affected, as are other programs.
Override the DNS settings with Google's own server ( and test for a day to see if that was the problem or not.
