Exchange 2013 UM Dial Plan / Lync 2013
Hi,
We have an exchange forest and a Lync forest. The UM dial plan that currently exists is set for 4 digits but now it has to be changed to 6 digits.
This is only possible by creating a new dial plan. So if i delete everything and follow the same steps as i did to create it in the first place?
I found this link which indicates that it is straight forward enough to delete

That is correct, if you want to change it across the board, you will have to delete the old one. I have seen where there are multiple dial plans assigned to different groups of users...

i only need to delete the um dial plan. I can leave the UM IP Gateway previously created? Although i will need to delete the hunt group currently associated with it as it is the current um dial plan.
I do need to run ExchUcUtil.ps1 –Forest:<lync-domain-contr oller-fqdn > again so that it creates a new hunt group?
