We're phasing out our old version of Mimesweeper version 2.6_2.2148. It is used for SMTP policies and is the primary inbound mail route.
I've tried to make a change in the routing and even though I'm logged on as Administrator, I get a message saying 'the configuration is locked for editing by administrator'. I've restarted the server etc to no avail.
We also have run out of support and we're getting rid of this soon.
This server also has SQL 2005 installed, as it has a database engine. I can access the DB engine using the SQL Management studio. Is there any thing you would know that can help unlock this so that I can make changes again to the policies?
