Exchange 2010: Owa change password link not working

We are running Exchange 2010, SP1.  We have a DAG setup, and have failoved over the CAS server to our secondary CAS server.  Since this failover, when our users log into OWA, and select the Change Password link, the change password dialog box doesn't appear.  It works with the OWA light version.  Compared IIS settings between the two CAS servers, and aren't able to find the discrepancy.  Also, on both servers there is no regedit for the ChangeExpiredPasswordEnabled value.
Not sure what we are missing.
Thank you,

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Exchange 2010 SP1 is no longer supported.
You need to update to Exchange 2010 SP3 with the latest rollup to remain supported. There was a fix for problems with password change dialogues in one of the updates - I cannot remember which, so if you update to the latest versions you should find the problem is resolved.
