I have an standalone classified enterprise .NET application which I receive this error:
The RPC server is unavailable (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800706BA)
The attached document is the WMI log result, and i don't see where the problem is. Any help?

RPC server errors are caused due to DNS lookup failures \ AD port blockages \ non existent dns server IP addresses \ issues with AD replication \ stale domain controller entries
Check that your firewall allows for communication on TCP port 135. Otherwise, open that port for %SystemRoot%\system32\svch
Also, for Asynchronous WMI traffic:
All ports open for %systemroot%\system32\wbem
All ports open for %systemroot%\system32\wbem
