Hello, i need to analyze the mailbox of 2 users from a reporting standpoint
3 tasks
for a 3 month period of time.
-who sent them messages
-when where they sent (time of day)
-was the "TO" line, directly to them or part of a distribution list

Another option is to put these mailboxes on litigation hold. this way all data will be user mailbox and later you can find, what data send and received.

amit, i do not think you are understanding my request
I understand very well what you are looking. That why I suggested two solution. You need data first to find out what you need. One way is to hold it in journaling mailbox or another option to set user on litigation hold. Then you can use e-discovery feature and get the report.
