Messages sent from a shared mailbox aren't saved to the Sent Items folder of the shared mailbox in Outlook 2010 Print Email

Hi,

We have a share mailbox called "account" this mailbox, is share with multiple accounts payable users.all the users have full access and sen on be half.  what we need to Achive here when the user try to send from that mailbox, e-mails appear on the person mailbox send item folder.

I need them please to show in the send folder of the share mailbox that way all users can view what has been sent from the account share mailbox

I have did the below dud not help.
Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Preferences
On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
Type DelegateSentItemsStyle, and then press Enter.
Right-click DelegateSentItemsStyle, and then click Modify.
In the Value data box, type 1, and then click OK.

Could you please find me a solution for that or rules

Assuming you are using Exchange Server 2010, to configure the sent items behavior for shared mailboxes you  use the Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration cmdlet.

 There are two parameters you can use:
•      -SendAsItemsCopiedTo
•      -SendOnBehalfOfItemsCopiedTo

So you can configure “send as” and “send on behalf” behavior separately.

There are two values you can use when configuring the sent items behavior:

•      Sender – messages are stored in the Sent Items folder of the user that send the message

•      SenderAndFrom – messages are stored in both the Sent Items of the user who sent the message, and the Sent Items of the shared mailbox

There is an additional value of “From” that is reserved for future use.

So, to configure the Account  mailbox, you would run the following command in the Exchange Management Shell:

[PS] C:\>Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration "Account" -SendAsItemsCopiedTo:SenderAndFrom -SendOnBehalfOfItemsCopiedTo:SenderAndFrom

The change does not take effect immediately – give it ten or fifteen minutes and test.

How can I remove that script back to what it was

To change it back to Sender only, you just have to run this:

[PS] C:\>Set-MailboxSentItemsConfiguration "Account" -SendAsItemsCopiedTo:Sender -SendOnBehalfOfItemsCopiedTo:Sender

Hi,

The above script is working,

Can ask last question , that share mailbox are accessing by 10 users. Only 4 users need the oboe script to apply on individual not all the users who have  access to.  
Is any way I can do that.

Please advise if you need me to log new question and how I assign  that request
