Sage ACT Premium 2013 not recording Outlook 2010 email history

I have a client who had Outlook 2010 (version 14.0.7128.5000) 32-bit installed on Windows 7 64-bit system.  There is also Sage ACT 2013 Premium installed on the system that is used to track correspondence with clients, etc.  The system hard drive crashed recently and we had to install new hard drive and reload operating system and applications including outlook 2010 and ACT 2013 Premium.

Outlook will no longer record the correspondence and communication automatically into ACT and I have repeatedly try to run the sync setup in act 2013 premium to Outlook.  When I go into Outlook>Other Address Book Types, all that I see is Mobile Address Book and Outlook Address Book.  There is no ACT Address book listed which is why I cannot sync.

    Hi Resinate,

    If Sage ACT 2013 is not visible in Outlook, then enable it so you could see it and do the synchronization using it.

    Will test solution and let you know.  I may have to reinstall ACT on the computer.

    The other thing I did not mention is that this user is on a laptop and uses a remote database that syncs data to main server database when he is in the office and not traveling on the road.
