"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

A list can be done. Use Message tracking center, select your server, sender, and date.
The actual email will be problematic though. If this is important, you should enable some form of journaling.

You can filter, try it, you can filter sender, recipient, date and time range etc etc. Open Exchange Management Console, NOT Power Shell and on the bottom you Will have Toolbox. Click on Toolbox and then you Will see section "Mail Flow Tools". Here you have Message Tracking.
