More 365 Help

I am the admin for the school 365 account but I also want to be able to use it as a user.  Do I have to have a user account along with my admin account?  I don't see access to the "One Drive" from my admin dashboard.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Personally I would keep your admin account and user account separate as you would on a server.  I would create a new admin account and not assign it any licences.

You can have a user account which has admin access but I wouldn't personally.

I have managed a similar environment:

- it is good practice to have a separate account for management purposes only
- you can assign admin privileges to more than 1 account as a fallback/ split administration

Note: when Microsoft migrated from SkyDrive to OneDrive they made the OneDrive independent of email management - with a separate user account and password. These are identical to your normal account.
