printer issue

Hi,

I did firmware upgrade on HP MFP 4345 and installed the newest release.
After reboot scanner/copy icons are not accessible with error 30.31.34 - scanner error.
I did not have any problems during install new software everything went pretty well.
Looks like installed firmware is to new to hardware what I have.
Any way to fix that ?
Did you see this before ?
I checked already some comments and people got this error because of loose cables in formatter etc.
Everything was working before upgrade so is not hardware issues. I already tried run machine without network cable connected because sometimes interfering with scanner. No progress. Still don't have access to scanning/copying options.

thanks

henry

Well,

How to uninstall ?
Any tool for that ?
Well, unfortunately it's very hard or near impossible. One thing I would check is to make sure your driver version is compatible with that firmware version. Someone at this link found out that their current driver version didn't work with the firmware update. They switched the driver version and the firmware worked. Try other drivers.
