Out of memory , OWA Exchange Error

I have a user who until yesterday has been able to access her exchange 2010 email account from an internal computer using IE and the OWA method.  

For some reason yesterday an error message started coming up indicating that the task of creating / sending an email could not be completed because the computer was out of memory.

i have checked the computer and its definately not a memory or disk space issue and found several articles on the web which talk about this error but have no luck in fixing yet ...

What if anything has anyone done to fix this problem if encountered ?

For me, i will asked user to shutdown the pc. After reboot then try again.
else, if user experiencing same issue, ask user to try on another machine

can the user send mail from another system?
can another user send mail from that system?
if it works on another system and fails on the same system for a different user, it's the machine and not exchange
can try scanning for malware and/or reinstalling office

Reset Internet Explorer to its default configuration. This step will also disable any add-ons, plug-ins, or toolbars that are installed.  And then reboot your machine after that try again.
