I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

What you should do is the following.
First off create an OU where you place the machines into that you need to have this setting on. If you want all machines (and servers) in your domain to have this settings create a GPO on top level domain (although i wouldn't advice this).

After creating the OU, open the Group Policy Management Console (it is part of the RSAT tools), right click the OU you've just created and select Add and create a GPO here.

Then go to this article and set the following policy.
