how do I remove OneDrive from my Dell Winidows 8.1 computer

I want to remove it from my pc so it doesn't exist.  can this be done

It appears that the key to One Drive is the way you log into 8.1...with your microsoft account or as a local account...
The key to inhibiting oneDrive is to log in locally

I guess I should give you this link as well for backing up your registry before you do anything in case you get confused with that registry directory and make the wrong edit..
