Hello,
Is it possible to recover a mailbox that was deleted and has passed the mailbox retention limit, so it's gone from Disconnected Mailbox already..

Only from restoring from backups.
If the mailbox has gone from Disconnected Mailboxes then it has been purged by Exchange.

Simon.
