Access 07- Subreport to Print if query result is Null with "NONE"

Hello Experts,

I have a Report that has several subreport sections.  One of the subreports I think is critical to print EVEN IF the query that is the Record Source is Null.

I would like for that Sub Report's Header labels to print as will as a Label in the Detail area that says "NONE", and then the Report Footer section to show Zero's.  The data detail for the report has a field called TransAmt so in the footer I put
iif(iserror(sum([TransAmt]),0,sum([TransAmt]))

However, when I "View" the Overall report that Subreport shows.  But when I "Preview Print" or actually "Print the form it disappears if the query isnull.

Is there a way to force it to show?... OR will I have to add a calculated field in my query that forces a null ID or "none" field

Before you run the report, check if records exist for the subreport.
If not, change the recordsource of the subreport to pull one permanent dummy record from a table you create for the purpose.
If yes, change the recordsource of the subreport to what it normally uses.
