Cloud disadvantages

I already have Windows 2012 Server standard licenses and CALS onPremise.

New mgmt. wants to put everything in the cloud, but based on price this seems costly, making onPremise cheaper.

Please post a few articles like the below on "Cloud disadvantages" for DNS, DHCP, PrintServer, FileServer, AD Domain Controller, internal only Microsoft SQL server, etc

The only (and biggest) issue i have with Cloud disadvantges is that all of your information is out in the open. Even if you have a very good provider that takes their security serious it is still not in your own hands. To be honest i don't think all articles in the world will not give you a solid advice due to the fact that most of them are sponsored so written with a bit of tainted glasses.

The link i posted here does express the biggest issues i have with "the cloud" (other than it being the buzzword of today).

The big one for us is cost. A few sharp IT guys can do everything and more that a cloud offers for half the price.
