I have uninstall mistakenly IIS from Server running Exchange, now when I install IIS backup Exchange Console and PowerShell both not working and OWA not working.

PowerShell Error :

TTP server error status (500), but the remote service did not include any other information about the cause of the fail
ure. For more information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

Please enter the Server FQDN where you want to connect:

Exchange Management Console :

The following error occurred when searching for On-Premises Exchange Server :

Connecting to remote server failed with the following error message : The WinRM client received an HTTP server error status (500), but the remote service did not include any other information about the cause of the failure. For more information, see about_Remote_troubleshooting Help topic. It was running the command 'Discover-ExchangeServer-UseWIA$true -SuppressError $true'.

If you've removed the IIS role from the server then you'll have borked all of the components in Exchange that require it, you will need to re-install the IIS server role and then try accessing OWA and the Management Tools again, if they still don't work then you may need to re-install the Exchange roles again (OWA and Management Tools).
