I discovered the problem:<br />

The DHCP server failed and I had to rebuild it and it was giving out addresses that were already in use by VMs on the internal network. &nbsp;I guess it pinged one time, detected the duplicate address and then took that address offline at the Forefront server.<br />
<br />
Anyway, once I changed the scope of the DHCP addresses, the problem was resolved.<br />
<br />
I would like to keep this question in the database for future lookup so anyone who adds anything relevant about DHCP and duplicate addresses gets the points. &nbsp;Because I don't want to delete this question.<br />
