Exchange calendar missing from outlook

Hello there
I have a user who is connected to MS Exchange but via outlook his calendar is missing.
His cal is there in OWA and on his iPhone but via outlook its empty.

Any thoughts>

What version of Outlook?

There is probably an issue with the current .OST file. Check this link on how to resynchronize the OST. I'd rename the old one or copy it off somewhere, and then re-open Outlook and allow it to create a new one.

Hi there
I deleted the OST file and reopened outlook.
His mailbox re downloaded but that cal remained empty.
The cal on iPhone, and shared computers can view it perfectly.

any thoughts?

So his calendar appears in the folder list but is completely empty?

Yes it does, OWA iPhone etc show as empty. His cal is ticked in the list but nothing appears.

Is Outlook setup up to used Cached Exchange Mode?

Hi there
Thank you, after investigation i discovered that you were right the user deleted his exchange account and was left with his mailbox working via IMAP somehow.
I added a new profile and it fixed the account.
