How to replicate microsoft sql server web edition

It seems it's not possible "as it" to replicate 2 Microsoft SQL Server web edition in a master/slave schema ? Microsoft mentions "witness only". The concept is not easy to understand.  Thx by advance for your help.

    Web edition can only act as a Subscriber/Slave, so no a web edition cannot act as a publisher/master.
