Hi All,

I have several groups in my google apps for business domain.  These groups typically include 5-10 users.

I have it currently setup that when a group gets an email, that email gets distributed to each member of the group.

However, I would like to know if its possible to set it so that only 1 or a few designated members of each group gets the email and not all members

    Accepted Solution

In Groups, you can set up each user to receive messages as follows:
    All Messages
    DIgest - based on volume
    Digest - daily
    No Messages

Note that if allowed, all users would be able to go to the web site for the group and see the message thread.

These settings are at the system level, not at the individual message/ post level.
