automatically populate email in outlook

when i configure outlook with my email address, another email address populates as well, helpdesk@domain.com, which is fine. now i have another user who i need this to happen to. he needs access to helpdesk emails as well. how do i configure this.

By default with Exchange 2010, if a user has Full Mailbox Access to a mailbox then it is connected to Outlook Automatically. This is a feature called Auto Mapping. The Autodiscover process does the work for you. On a new profile it will usually happen immediately, on existing profiles it can happen when Outlook is restarted or on the next Autodiscover refresh (usually within the hour).
