If you are using exchange 2010, just give full access to the mailbox in question to the user. Exchange will autoload the mailbox after awhile.

By default with Exchange 2010, if a user has Full Mailbox Access to a mailbox then it is connected to Outlook Automatically. This is a feature called Auto Mapping. The Autodiscover process does the work for you. On a new profile it will usually happen immediately, on existing profiles it can happen when Outlook is restarted or on the next Autodiscover refresh (usually within the hour).
