Need help with BTU loads

Expert's opinion please. This is for a new server room, I need to tell how much additional cooling  is required. Can you please help/guide me to get/calculate the BTU loads? I will have the following IT equipments in the server room:

a. 2- Dell Poweredge T320 Tower servers

b. 4 - Dell Optiplex 7010 desktops

c. 4-NAS Drives

d. 1- Cisco Router

e. 3- Cisco 48 port poe switches

4. 2 APC UPSs

    1W equals ~ 3.5 BTU/h and watts are marked next to power input.
