trying to add a trusted certificate task following wizard instructions on my Windows SBS 2011 console

I pasted the SBSCertRequest.txt the Wizard created for me
I used it at NetworkSolutions
Certificate information was confirmed for remote.company.org
I then received a download from Network Solutions that contains three files
I went back to the Wizard on the SBS2011 server and used the option to browse to certificate REMOTE.COMPANY.ORG.crt

this did not work
Any suggestions is appricated
