Wordpress 3.9 doesn't create upload folder

Hi ,
We are using Plesk as hosting software , since we started using wordpress 3.9.2 , we have the issue of uploading.

Wordpress gets installed without any issue, but when we try to uplaod something , we get this error message :
http://solution21inc.com/wordpress_Farid/wp-admin/

We didn't have this problem before 3.9.2.

Any help is appreciated.

you do realize we cant see the error right?

have yo checked the writ permissions on the directories?

Sorry , this is the error

Unable to create directory wp-content/uploads/2014/08. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

the thing is wordpress was installed without any problem, didn't give any error message.

I just realized that when wordpress gets installed, lets say on wordpress_Farid , this folder (which is the parent folder of wordpress) doesn't have write permission

seems that my response led to an answer, might not be worth the full 500 but it did provide an insight to the issue
