is it possible to fetch data from so many websites and publish in new website . all results will be shown "provided by so and so website"  ........similar to indeed.com
how technically it can do ?

If you have the list of websites and they are happy with you reproducing the data then it's ok.

To get around cross domain issues on the client, I would take a query from the client and process it on your server.  Maybe based on what they query you would return only certain sites?

It all depends on what you're trying to do.  Can't help more than the general comment above without more input from you.

 starting a classified website with an idea

 initially cant get data as nobody knows the website , so it has to fetch data from different classified site in a particular area with mark that "provided by ....website"

 so how it can do

If you're going to scrape data from other sites you need to contact those sites for an API of some sort to get access to their data.  You will otherwise risk getting your website blocked by them because they will notice the increase in traffic from your server's IP address.

This will need to be done on your server.  It's not possible to do this with javascript in the browser.
