Virtual Box giving error while starting the virtual machine

i have installed Virtual Box  4.3.15 r, i am installing Centos in virtual machine, after creating this virtual machine when i try to run this, it giving me this error :

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine machine 1.

The virtual machine 'machine 1' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1 (0x1).  More details may be available in 'C:\Users\rahul\VirtualBox VMs\machine 1\Logs\VBoxStartup.log'.

Its not only with linux but also with windows operating system. I have windows 7 in my base machine, & the startup.log file i have attached with this message

    The workaround is to re-install an earlier version - VirtualBox

    Reinstalling Old version will work it seems. . It can be downloaded from

    Later try to upgrade, i noticed the blocks suggest the same error with another versions of Virtualbox .

    Check this blocks.. for your reference..
