Hi Experts,

I have one question for Symantec Backup Exec 2014.
My SQL backup jobs are successful but with exceptions.

The output is always like the screenshot.

backup exceptions
I have checked the files, they are all on disk and selected for this backup job.

You are trying to backup the actual MDF file? For as far as i know this isn;t possible because the file is in use.
What you need to do is backup the database using the SQL manager (are these SQL databases??) and backup the .bak file in your file backup.

the database is already backed up by Backup Exec.
Do I have to backup these files when the database is already backed up ?

Nope. These are the actual database files. But even more so, never backup (or try to backup) MDF or LDF files of a running database because it could possibly corrupt the files.

What you could do (just for exta safety that is) is backup the databases using SQL maintenance plan, this will create a .bak file (full database backup) and a .trn file (transaction log file) if you need those. Then use Backup Exec to backup those files.
